RACING NOTES
AT TOP OF FORM Radiant Vaals' rmining at EJlerslie showed that he is at the top of his form. He is to compete at the Manawatu and Trentham fixtures, and should make the best of the opposition gallop fast. TO REJOIN TEAM Nizam, who has been turned out 011 his owner's farm at Te Awamutu since Easter, will rejoin R. S. Bagby's team some time this month. This brother to High Caste is reported to be "wintering well. His owner, Mr A,. J. McGovern, expects the son of Bulandshar and The Begum !o hold his own with the best of the) three year olds next season. SOUTHERN GALLOPERS J. Olive is keeping Knight Commander, Warrigal and Junior jfi light work at Riecarton, but ther© is no racing in sight far them, though Knight Commander may be entered for hurdle races at Trentham. Junior has developed particularly well since being ' gejded, while Warrigal should, be a smart hoiso. as a three year old.,
