B. Guthrie, on June 11, and stealing the sum of £1 Os 6d in English currency. Messrs G. S. Moody and C. Pipe, Justices, were on the bench. Sergeant J. Isbister asked for- a remantl until Monday. The remand was granted. When accused appeared before the Court on Monday, Constable Rathie asked for a further remand < until Wednesday, in view of the possibility of further charges being brought against accused.
