FISH SUPPLY

Sir,—Whilst I would not like to credit the Beacon for the sudden reappearance of Tish in our shops (three of them) I feel I cannot but pass comment upon the fact as most singular. To-day we have fish in plenty. During the past three months they could not be had almost at any price. Well, it was obvious something was wrong and I think you Mr Editor must have put your finger right on it. I sincerely hope the good work continues to bear fruit - and that we will continue to get the decent supply which has been denied us so long in the past.' Yours etc., FILLET FULL.
