Atkinson, for failing to have a reflector when riding in K'ng Street after dark, fined ">s and costs 12s. Gordon Waugh, for riding a bicyolc and trailing another roach inc. lioth without lights a<- Rdgocunibe on May 2, fined 20s and costs 12s.
