COUNTY OF WHAKATANE BY-LAW Public notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Whakatane County Council will be held at the County Council Chafnbers, Whaktane, at 11 a.m. on Tuesday 28th April 1942 for the purpose cf confirming a resolution passed by way of Special Order at a Special Meeting of the Whakatane County Council held on the 24th day of February 1942, making a by-law to be known as "Whakatane County Council Water Supply By-Law." The object and purport of such proposed by-law is to enable the Whakatane County Council to administer and control its water supply schemes and provide charges for water as the same is more fully set out in proposed by-law, a copy of which is deposited at the County Clerk's office, The Strand, Whakatane, and may be inspected by the public during office hours.
