The object and purport of such proposed by-law is to enable the Whakatane County Council to administer and control its water supply schemes and provide charges for water as the same is more fully set out in proposed by-law, a copy of which is deposited at the County Clerk's office, The Strand, Whakatane, and may be inspected by the public during office hours.
