MANURE SACKS
FARMERS TO BE PROTECTED
Although fertilisers arc now sold to farmers on a "sacks in" basis, following complaints of difficulties in receiving fair recompense for re-
turns, the Auckland Farmers' Union is still following up the position of farmers who were unjustly treated under the former system. To that end a test case is being prepared for submission to tire Courts. If this should prove su/jccssful it is anticipated that many farmers will be enabled to recover what is properly due to them.
