TO CROWN TENANTS Sir (or Madam), —■ I desire to respectfully intimate that I am again a candidate for "Tenants representative at the forthcoming Postal Ballot. I was, before coming to reside in the Auckland Land District, for many years Tenants' representative on the Wellington Board and can claim a sound knowledge of Board administration. I also trust my life experience as a CroAvn Tenant and freehold farmer Avill commend my candidature to you. Although the duties arc administrative only, I desire to state, as a matter of public policy, that I am a strong supporter of the freehold tenure and am opposed to any interference with the optional rights under the Lands Act. I strongly favour giving every assistance and. facility to our young people to go on the land, and am particularly anxious to see that our returned soldiers who take up land have economic security. I hold the view that Land Boards should be given more extensive power in fields of usefulness and, in fact, in everj' phase of our public activities the time is ripe for action in these momentous days. I respectfully solicit your support at the forthcoming Postal Ballot. Yours Faithfully, 88 C. H. BURNETT.
