Carl ing Avill give his third lecture at Bell's Hall, Edgecumbe, on Wednesday evening next at 8 p.m. This lecture dealing with stretchier bearing should be of great interest to E.P.S. and Home Guard personnel . It is essential that the Emergency Precautions Scheme functions efficiently and that communications arc kept open. Without the aid of intelligent and self-reliant boys the E.P.S.O. cannot under existing circumstances operate to the best advantage.
