Educational Difficulties
Advice has been received from the? Education Department that, owingto shortage of paper and other difficulties caused by the Avar situation tt will not be possible to issue thor revised school text books for Stat© primary schools before the end of the Avar, reports "National Education." The work of the school publications branch is to continue so that che- material for these text books will be ready for immediate publication when conditions permit.
