Sir. —I am willing to> agree that we most of us, are more than willing to play our part in conserving petrol at this time. To me it has meant inconvenience and sacrifice. What I ilo not think fair however is the fact that many people I know who are in exactly similar circumstances still seem to be able to get abo>ut in their cars almost as much as they did before the cut.
