NEW ZEALAND'S OPPORTUNITY

Amongst the "trophies" brought back from their tour of the Netherlands East Indies by Captain Rushworth and Mr A. E. Robinson, of the Auckland Farmers' Union, nnd displayed on the chairman's table at the last Executive meeting was a tin containing approximately a pint of milk, labelled "Fresh natural cow's milk" and described as having been sent out by Nestle's of New York. This had been brought back from Java by Captain Rushworth, who stated that millions of tins were being sold in that territory, while New Zealand's dairy products were practically unknown.
