Nearly Left in Australia A group of Xe\v Zealand .soldiers on their way to Egypt in a recent draft, were left behind, at an Australian port of call. The men had been delayed on a trip inland which took them longer than anticipated and as a result missed their ship by the matter of a couple of hours. They were however picked up by the next ship making the same trip and have since joined their units where they are regarded with envy by their comrades whose, time in Australia was limited.
