Fresh Markets.
According to Mr C. A. Moore, there .should be abundant scope for the export of New Zealand meat to the United States. In that country, he said, only 4 per cent of the meat eaten is Jamb or mutton. '•-Surely," he continued, "we should try to exploit that market. A country 'with over 120,000,000 people should provide an opening for the best lamb and mutton obtainable. Money used to educate the Americans so that they demanded our meat would be money well spent."
