At a recent meeting of the Opotiki Farmers' Union one of the speakers, said there was no consular representative of the Soviet Union itfc New Zealand; also that our stores were full of meat and that Russia: was able and willing 'o take all our meat and pay for t ii gold. The matter was referred u the Opotiki? branch of the Auckland Farmers' 1 Union to the Executive, -which in! turn decided to pass it on for the atention of the Dominion Executive in "Wellington.
