O.S Egg
An egg, measuring by 5 inches* and weighing 9% ounces, has be^n-„ laid by a white leghorn hen owned! by Mrs McDonald, Invercargill. The weight of a standard egg is two ounces. The egg is now in the possession of the Minister of Agriculture, Hon. J. G. Barclay.
