CHILDREN'S HAT PARTY

BOYS' BAND TO LEAD

Details in connection with, the Children's Hat Party to be held in the Winter Show Hall on Saturday afternoon have been announced by the Red Cross secretary, Mrs Pearse. There will be a procession of competitors licm the Rock at 2.15 p.m., headed by the Boys' Band. The route will be down the Strand and to the hall where the judging Ayi 1 ! take place and the prizes awarded the best novelty hats. There will be games and competitions in the hall and the programme will cuiminate in a High Tea for all the children prejsent. In this respect all partaking of the refreshments ar=" asked to bring their own cups. All proceeds are in the interests of Red Cross Funds (Mrs Crapp's group).
