Green, Willow Trees. Weeping willow trees, which areso conspicuous on. the banks of rivers and streams in Whakatane County are now displaying their new: green leaves. The willows make a pleasing contrast to the darker shades of green of gums, pines and; cabbage? trees. The straight-growing variety of willow tree is later in. bursting into leaf.
