FUN FOR SOLDIERS

RECREATION IN THE U.S.A. "DIVES" NOW NOT POPULAR Instead of finding their relaxation in "dives" and "clip joints," United States Army enlisted men turn today to good clean fun through facilities of new recreation centres, an Army official declared. "After the grind of a week's training the men have to let down," said a high American Army officer. "That's why Ave have established recreation area campsi for soldiers. "In these camps the men arc on their own. They check in and out as at a hotel. And we have found when men are routed on a schedule enabling them to reach the recreation area camp in time to see a show or go to a decent dance, these are the normal relaxations to which they turn."
