Horses for Military Service. "It must be clearly understood that when a horse has been registered and the agreement signed between the owner and the Government, the horse remains under the 'jurisdiction of the Government for use in training camps and for mobilisation from time to time, and at any time it is required for military service,'* said Captain A.
