DAMAGES AWARD
DRIVER MUST PAY £9350 Following a tragic accident in which two carloads of friends driving to a rendezvous, collided, Mr Justice Charles has; given judgment for £9350 damages against one of the drivers, Horace Victor Mahoney. of Leeds. Two women lost their husbands in the crash. One: passenger was blinded in one eye and a fourth was severely injured.
