Mr H. L. King, of Thames, who has been appointed manager of tho local branch of the* Bank of New Zealand, is to arrive to take up duty shortly. Mr Blennerhassett, who has been relieving at Whakatane for the past few months, has not yet been notified of what branch ho will next take charge.
