KILLED lIV ACTION LOCAL RELATIVES NOTIFIED Mrs Chapman, daughter of Mr and Mrs J. A. Grant, of Wliakatane, has received notification that her husband, Driver Clive Chapman has been killed in action. Wounded. Black, John, Waimana Ereatara Whitu, Ruatoki North. Tcrcnara, Haami, Ma tat a. Wahapongo, Koro, Whakatane Welcome Message. Mrs Gordon Hultquist has received a cable from Lieut. A. G. Huliquist which states that he has arrived safely at his nase in Egypt after the Greecian and Cre-tian campaigns. Mrs C. McDonald, who is at present in Whakatane has received o cable from her husband Alan (Stock) McDonald which states that he is safe and well. The inews is also welcomed b3 r his sister, Mrs Claris, of Awakeri.
