PUBLIC NOTICES EAST COAST RABBIT BOARD STOCKOWNERS' LIST In accordance with the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, notice is hereby given that the Stockowners' List as at November 30„ 1940, for the East Coast, Rabbit Board District, has been deposited at the Magistrate's Court, Gisborne, where it may bet inspected without fee during such hours as the Court is open to public business, and I give further notice that the Stipendiary Magistrate will siit at the Magistrate's Court, Gisborne, on May 16, 1911, at the hour of 10 a.m., to finally revise the said list and also to hear and determine! any objections thereto. The Stockowners' List may also be inspected at the Office of Messrs Bull and Edwards, Public Accountants. Union Bank Buildings, during office hours. Dated at Gisborne this 18th day of April, 1941. R. EAST COAST RABBIT BOARD NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STRIKE ANNUAL RATE Notice is hereby given that the Easij-Coast Rabbit Board will make and levy the following rate for the financial year commencing April 1, 1941, and ending March 31, 1942, namely 5/64tlis of a penny for every sheep and lamb and 25/64ths of a penny for every head of cattle and calves owned by stock-owners in thio Easit Coast Rabbit Board District at the 30th November, 1940. Minimum rate 10/-, excepting that stock-owners with 500 units or less (sheep count one unit, cattle five units) to pay a rate of 5/- if stock returns are furnished within the prescribed time. The above rate will be payable in full by ail stock-owners on June 1, 1911, at the Office of Messrs Bull and Ed/wards, Public Accountants, Gisborne. R. W. J. EDWARDS, 96 Secretary.
