AFTER MANY DAYS After racing unsuccessfully at the meeting during the past fourteen months ihe Taranaki trained Notium, came to light in the Paul Memorial at the Taranaki meeting, and the resultant dividend was dulv rccorded at o\cr half a century. A few highly optimistic racing patrons lined up gleefully at the payout windows of the totalisator house but the owner and trainer were quite satisfied to let the horse run for the glory and honour of winning.
