THE NEW ROAD TO OHOPE
Sir,—l think the new road could very well stop at the Crown Lands Reserve, where the present formation ends: and no harm would he> done to anyone. The reserve coiuld be thrown , open and made useful is a parking picnic ground at the terminus two very large pohutukawa trees and Mr Runnerstrum's garden would then not need to be interfered with. Yours etc.> OHOPE.
