Friends of Mrs F. J. Appleby, who has been ill ai Dunedin will pleased to learn that she expects 1 to be able to leave the hospital in about ten daj'S. Mrs C. Corbott (nee Miss Catherine McGrackan) who Avas rushed to the Mater Hospital, Auckland, suffering from appendicitis,, is making a very favourable recovery.
