RETURNED SOLDIERS TOURNAMENT The annual Returned Soldiers' tournament was held recently at T'e Puke and several local rinks were present to spend a thoroughly enjoyable day. The trophy, which last season was contested at Whakatane is an appropriate one, being an inscribed "tin hat.'- The local rinks which made the visit were: G reaves, Craig, Beattie, Mansell (s); Back, Savage, Warner, Caisley (s); Brebner, Shapley, Nor-, ris, Littlejohn (s); Head,, Dines, King, Lux ton (s); Otlcv, Nicholson Bullard, Burgers (s), Mansell had 4% wins. Burgess 4 V Littlejohn •5 I<21<2 and Gaisley 2. Jackson, Houghton, Portman and Knaggs (s)„ of Rotorua, were the winners of the tourney .
