PUBLIC NOTICES WHAKATANE BOROUGH COUNCIL ELECTOR'S LIST Pursuant to regulations made under the Municipal Corporations Act 1933, notice is hereby given that the District Electors list of the Borough of Whakatane is open for inspection at the Council office, Commerce Street, Whakatane, where it may be inspected without fee by all persons interested therein during office hours until the seventh day of February 1;941. Any person ! may object to the list on either of the following grounds:— (1) That any person whose name is on the list does not possess the necessary qualifications: or (2) That any person whose name is not on the list is entitled to have his name inserted therein. Objections must be sent in to the undersigned on or before February 15, 1941. Forms of objection may be obtained at my office.
