DOLL DRESSES Every season there is a new doll introduced on the market to excite the-Christmas buyers. And the doll usually appears with just enough of wardrobe to take her through the holidays, A woman in our town thought about this, and- she accordingly started a home industry to adequately dress the Christmas doll. Her plan is to select the two most popular dolls of a season, and design and make their dresses. The dresses she pins onto the rectangular pieces of white cardboard and sells them through novelty shops, gift shops, and by personal order, for 50 and 75 cents "each. The doll dresses have sold very quickly, for they are of quaint styles, and made to fit the particular dolls.
