WHAKATANE BOROUGH AND COUNTY The Central Executive of the Home Guard Committee and District Committees are engaged in the active recruitment of Yeomen for the Home Guard. Citizens are requested to give the Home Guard movement first preference but those unfit for service in the Guard or avlio for any other reason are not available for 1 service in the Guard and who wish to offer their services in this state of emergency are invited to -enrol in 1. Wliakatane Borough or County Emergency Precautions Schemes (Enrol with Local Autliority where you reside). 2. Women's War Auxiliary. There is work for everyone.
