SCHOOL FAIR

TO-MORROW AFTERNOONS ATTRACTION PRESENTATION TO RHODES SCHOLAR With the highlight a presentation to Mr Allan Stewart, Rhodes Scholar and an old boy of the school, a fair will be staged in the Whakatane School grounds 10-morrow afternoon, commencing at 1 p.m. Included in the programme is a drill display scheduled to last half an hour. Following the presentation ceremony, an hour will be devoted to a concert, for which an attractive programme has been arranged. In addition, there will be stalls, afternoon teas, etc., and various games and competitions will also be provided. Proceeds arc to go towards the school's sports fund.
