YOUNG FARMERS MEET
EDGECUMBE BRANCH . The monthly meeting of the Edgecumbe Branch of the Young Farmers': Club was held recently with a large attendance. After the usual business had been discussed and attended to a talk on "Pig Rais- . ing in Denmark, Before the Present Conflict, " was given by Mr 'J. JR. Reenberg, Supervisor for the Bay of Plenty District Pig Council and this proved very interesting. A , vote of thanks was passed to the speaker, at Ihe conclusion of the meeting, after which supper was served. , It was pleasing to see our advisory presidents among the members,and also Mr C. R.. Taylor, of the. Department of Agriculture.
