LONDON RELIEF FUND
CRICKET CLUB'S GESTURE ALL FUNDS DONATED In a communication to the Editor, the Awakeri Cricket Club has intimated that it is the common desire of members that the Avhole of the existing funds be handed in to the BEACON list for London relief. The secretary, Mr R. Rae, states in his letter: "At the annual meeting of ciub the following motion Avas carried—that in vieAV of the impossibility of fielding a team this year, and the uncertainty of the times the club he Avound up and whatever cash realised from the assets together AA'-ith the balance of the club's funds be handed OA r er to the London Distress Fund. Please find enclosed the sum of £S 10s. The aboA'e is hereby acknoA\*ledged and Avill be handed over to the proper quarters together with other late donations Avhich have come to hand.
