GILLAM'S FINE BOWLING PAROA AND CENTRAL WIN The competition matches were advanced a further stage last weekend, when Central secured a first innings win over P. and T. and Paroa claimed an outright victorjagainst Taneatutf. A performance very seldom equalled was registered by Charlie Gillam, of Paroa, who was responsible for the dismissal of all ten Taneatua batsmen, in the First innings. He claimed nine wickets off his own boAvling and caught the other batsman. All cricketers wish him continued success in his military cricket.
