BACONERS PREDOMINATE Messrs Dalgety and Co. Ltd. report having held their usual fortnightly pig sale on Monday, when a full yarding of all classes came forward, baconers predominating. Baconers and stores realised fully late rates, with weaner prices slight ly easier. Realisations:— Baconers £3 15s to £4 4s; light baconers £3 6s to £3 15s; porkers £2 10s to £3; stores £2 to £2 10s; slips £1 15s to £1 17s; weaners £1 5s to £1 15s; smaller sorts 15s to 225; choppers to £3 3s.
