BACQNERS UP TO £4 5s The Farmers' Auctioneering Company report having held the fort-' nightly sale at the above yards on Monday. A large yarding of pigs was offered to a full bench of buyers. Competition was keen throughout and all lines sold at satisfactory prices. We quote: Heavy baconers to £4 os; medium baconcrs £3 18s to £4 2s; light £3 8s to £3 12s; heavy porkers £2 14s to £2 18s; medium £2 8s to £2 lis; large ■stores to £3; slips 35s to 38s 6d; weaners 18s to 335; sows with litters to £11 15s; choppers to £1 Is. The next sale will be held on Monday 21st October.
