WHAKATANE GOLF CLUB
ANNUAL OPEN TOURNAMENT
Owing to benzine restrictions and other circumstances the Whakatane Golf Club's annual open tournament will be held over the one week-end, commencing to-morrow. To-morrow a four-ball sweepstake will be played and the championships of the three grades will be plashed over '5(5 holes on Sunday. Players arc advised that they are at liberty to choose their own partners though matches can be arranged if desired.
