There was almost a full attendance, apologies for absence being,' received from Mr Smith, Field In-i structor, Department of Agriculture, Hamilton, and from Mr JW. R. Boon. Those present were: Messrs R. Ruddick, chairman; G. R. Kent, secretary; G. R. Taylor (Department of Agriculture and Organise! for the Eastern Bay of Plenty); W. A. McCracken (Farmers' Union); H. C. McC'ready (Farmers* Union); S. P. Girdwood (State Advances Corporation, Tauranga); N. W. Carter (Bay of Plenty Pig Council); H. S. Holmes (O'potiki); N. J. G> Mac Donald (Waimana); W. Meredith (Manawahe); W. A. Gault j(Opotilci); J. L, Burnett (Nukuhou); E. Thompson (Farmers' Union, Gpo tiki) and Mr Simston (Placement Officer, Wliakatane).
