BREACHES OF ORDERS
MAORIS CONVICTED Kopu Hauwai was charged in the Magistrate's Court on Tuesday with a breach of his prohibition order by procuring liquor. Constable R. Prater gave evidence in this case and also when Rar.gi Kotua Wharepapa was charged with entering licensed... premises, and procuring liquor whilst a prohibited person. Kopu Hamvai was fined £1, it being his first breach, while the other defendant was fined £1 and 10s and costs on the respective charges. *
