TWO FOOTBALLERS PAY Louis Gardner and George Robson were each charged that on Allgust 3rd they did figlit with each other and a plea of guilts'- was entered by both Avhen the cases were called in the Magistrate's Court on Tuesday. Constable O. S, Rice gave evidence concerning the fracas, w;hich occurred during a football match at Te T'eko. Tlie players had been ordered off the field and decided to settle their differences near the ground. The offence, serious at any time, was particularly so at Te Teko, said Constable Rice. Sergeant Farrell informed the Court that both were first offenders and each was Hned £1 and costs.
