Prisojier of War. Information was received this week by Dr B. W. Nixon, resident house surgeon at the. Tauranga Public Hospital, that his brother Flying Officer Maxwell' William Nixon is a prisoner of Avar in Germany. Flying Officer Nixon received his training at Wigram, and been a men* ber of the R.N.Z.A.F. stationed inc. England since 1936. He was attach- . ed to one -of the heavy bombing squadrons and was a member of tlus first raiding party which did SQi much damage to Sylt.
