PHYSICAL TRAINING
PART OF CURRICULUM FOR HOME GUARD INSTRUCTORS TO TOUR "Considerable thought has been given to physical, training," said the associate-Minister of National Service, the Hon. D. Wilson, in his address to Whakatane and Opotiki local body representatives on Saturday night. The Minister said that the number of instructors had been increased and these men will tour the coun try, training potential instructors. It had been suggested, and he tliouglit it probable, that a refresher course would be made available to R.S.A. men with the experience and the willingness to serve in this capacity. In reply to a question asked later in the evening, the Hon. D. Wilson said that the training of instructors would be carried on in conjunction with the active working of the scheme.
