SNEAK THIEVES

WASHING STOLEN FROM LINES HOUSEWIVES, BEWARE! A number of instances where wash ing has been stolen from backyard lines in Whakatans, have been re-, ported to the BEACON. The culprits iii the majority of cases prefer night time of their depredations, and one housewife states that she actually intercepted a young woman in the act of helping herself.
