GAS PERIL WARNING BY A NAZI
The grim deathbed Avarning by a German air pilot who had been taken prisoner in Flanders., indicates the jjossible danger of a Nazi gas attack on Britain. "You must promise me," he said to his nurse, a Western Australian, "that Avhen you return to England you will never for one moment move without your gas mask." The Avarning has jioav been recounted to the special representative of The Sun by the nurse, Avho, of course, cannot at present be named. For three Aveelcs she fought, unavailing] y, in Flanders, to saA r e his life. After dictating farewell letters to his Avife and mother, the dying German told the nurse; '''You have done your utmost to stwe me,. Therefore it is my last duty to endeavour to saA r e your life," and he added the warning already quoted.
