The prayer } in question was recently before a meeting of women representing the Presbyterian churches of the Bay of Plenty, and we have the greatest pleasure in reprinting it. O God, the Father of us all, Who hast made of one blood all natiojis of men, mercifully receive the prayl ers that we offer for our anxious f and troubled world. 1 Send Thy light into our darkness - and guide the nations as one fami ily into the ways of peace. , Take away all prejudice hatred I and fear. ) Give grace to all who serve and i suffer because of war. Strengthen in us the will to un- 1 i derstand one another, and forgive us ) our trespasses as we forgive them _ that trespass against us. ] To those who by their counsels lead the peoples of the earth grant ] a right judgment, that so through j them and us Thy will be done. r Through Jesus Christ our Fiord.
