WORK ADVANCED ROAD LIGHTING AftOUGH THE PA~ > . I Since the Order in Council authorising the inclusion of the Pa and the Heads area in the Borough, thle Electrical Engineer, Mr F. W. Lysaght, and his staff have been husy with the reticulation of the Heads approach and the provision of' street lighting in the Pa. In the first, instance some difficulty was experienced in sinking the holes for the carrying poles along the tidal boundary. A rock base was encountered and this had to be blasted but this was mad© difficult by the fact that it was under the Avater level. At the present time all poles have, been erected on the Heads road ancE the wiring, which will constitute' the main work, is proceeding. This, together with the street lighting in the Pa, should soon be completes!.!.
