Mr Otley also acted for judgment creditors in the following judgment summops cases:-— Commissioner of Crown Lands v J. J. Fenton, £-1 lis, in default four days' imprisonment; Pioneer Rubber Company v Norman Rowland, £9 4s 3d, in default nine days' imprisonment, warrant to be suspended on the payment of £1 monthly; Hughes and Cossar v A. Mackay, £18 4s, in default 18 days' imprisonment, warrant tp be suspended on the-payment-of £2 per : month.
