Dental Decay. Dental! decay is evident in 98 out of every 100 children entering primary schools in New Zealand, Miss J. L. Boland, of the Napier Dental Clinic, told the Napier Rotary Club. In the last war, she said, dental caused a great wastage of manpower. In 1906 the New Zealand Dental. Association first launched a campaign against decay in children"s teeth, and in 1921 the first dental nurses entered training schools. To-day there were 300 clinics in this county.
