Consul's Departure Delayed. The departure from New Zealand of the former Italian Consul in Wellington, Signor B. d'Ac.unzo, and his wife has been delayed o\v-< ing to a change in shipping, ' but it is understood that arrangements arc in train for the Consul to leave at an early date.
