— .ilr' antl Mrs Hugh-Ryburn,- of Ngahinepouri, Waikato, are the guests of Mrs N. A- Corcoran, Hillcrest. The Revi J. Pattison, who fop some months has been Presbyterian minister in charge at Whakatane*, leaves for Morrinsville on Friday. Mr F. G. Dale, of Te Whaiti, has been appointed an officer for the purposes of Part • 11, the Fisheries, i Act, 1908, in respect of the Ilotorua Acclimatisation District. A further appointment in respect of the Rotorua'Acclimatisation District under the Fisheries Act, is that of Mr John Henderson, of Ruatahuna. Mr and Mrs J. Butler, of Tane, atua, accompanied by their two small daughters, are at present visiting Opotiki as the guests of Miss T. Butler, Waioeka. = 1
